I'm a strategist and field practitioner with over 10+ years of experience at the intersection of programme design, fundraising, systems change, and community work, primarily in East Africa.
I co-founded MOTHERLAND, an organisation building regenerative agriculture systems and farmer support structures in Kenya. Everything I do professionally is grounded in what I've seen and built in the field.
I work with a small number of organisations at a time. My work begins with listening, not with answers.
