I establish, empower, and uplift goal-driven communities, from African farmer communities, startups, and business incubators in refugee settlements to grassroots tech initiatives to established cultural institutions. I analyze the vision, the realities, the human impact, and the implications and co-create the most excellent outcome for all stakeholders.  

Throughout the vastly different ecosystems I work in, my North Star has always been my needs-driven humanity and human-centric approach. To successfully overcome any challenge and to find the most valuable insights that can positively change an organization, we need to have a holistic understanding of all complex implications.

This type of understanding requires trust-building throughout the matrix of people involved. Only when people trust people can a cohesive and transparent solution be designed.   

My infinite curiosity helps me reveal the essence of human behavior and identify patterns that hold good people & projects back from becoming amazing; I strive to understand their needs to help them unlock their full potential. I am a natural system thinker, and listening to and understanding people are my most vital gifts.
