I co-create great experiences.

The power of co-creation

Listen.

The moment we listen to understand, not respond, is essential. It shows that we care more about the speaker and the topic than we do about our ego. Having the courage to ask for clarification, check understanding, and receive attention is the first step toward building a powerful team made up of influential individuals

Observe.

Observing starts with a point of reference, wherever we have a person, a concept, or an item in focus. I always identify the project's purpose, spirit, and values and regularly discuss them with the team. This way, we can analyze, discuss, debate events, and ensure we act according to the initial spirit that brought us together while leveraging new learnings.

Connect.

Connecting with the project and with partners means creating transparency around critical moments and values and offering opportunities. Delegating responsibilities, embracing mistakes as learnings, and open discussions will help stakeholders understand their impact and role within the project ecosystem.

Trust.

The team is there to support each other, implement the project, respect the core values identified at the beginning, and empower every individual to grow into their best version possible in the given format. I like to create a trusting environment by building team rituals, embracing the values, and keeping the team close and informed.

Design.

Once a team is made of individuals who trust each other and the project purpose, when they have clarity on their role, value, and impact, the team can design amazing things together. The team is ready to contribute ideas, try new features, rituals, and systems, and iterate exceptional items. Involving the team in this step into new iterations and learnings uses creativity, loyalty, and support and can produce excellent outcomes.

Appreciation.

Actual co-created initiatives: The teams, the partners, and the individuals involved deserve celebration. An authentic co-created solution has considered all stakeholder needs; it has created value for the world and brought the world closer to a prosperous future for all. It takes effort and focus, and it takes many people growing into a human-centric mindset - I thank and appreciate all those who do this because this is the only way to build a future for all of us.
